Job Overview
ProMark Strategies Programme Directors and Programme Managers are responsible for the promotion, sales, profitability and marketing of hotels, restaurants, leisure outlets or such other promotional programmes, as ProMark deems commercially viable. The primary responsibility is for the successful management of the programme sales room including: - sales team, administration and customer service staff.

Requirement:
Responsible & dependable
Successful sales track record
Able to travel for 6-9mth projects
Result focused & energetic personalty
Experienced in recruiting & managing staff
Strong interpersonal skills - dealing with Clients, Colleagues & Staff
Strong management manner
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent written & spoken English
Proficient in MS Word, Outlook & Powerpoint
Well Dressed - Business Attire

Responsibilities (including):

Achieve programme sales & profitability budgets
Develop sales strategies & tactics in pursuit of the budgets
Manage sales lead generation and call contact procedures
Recruit, train and motivate programme sales consultants
Effect staff weekly/monthly key performance & development reviews.
Identify and train potential Sales Managers
Drive programme Customer Service initiatives
Regular contact with line manager and Head Office
Maintain close relationships with the client

Consults with:

Clients Senior Management Team
All client Department Heads & Managers
Programme Suppliers

Reports to:

ProMark Line Manager
ProMark Operations Manager
ProMark Head Office
